ITSM Service desk specialist - Dispatcher
Not less than 2-years of experience with User Support and Troubleshooting in ITSM Service Desk systems preferrably Manageengine Service Desk Plus |
Minimum 1 year experience in working as call center operator or dispatcher; |
Experience in allocation, categorization and prioritization of incoming IT-requests; |
Knowledge of typical IT services; including desktop support, software delivery, digital communications, enterprise infrastructure and applications, and service desk; |
Knowledge of the IT Services management model based on ITSM methodology in accordance with ITIL or COBIT recommendation; |
Advanced knowledge of information technologies, computer and office equipment, software; |
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; |
ITIL Foundation, COBIT 5 Foundation (optional) |
English ( B2), Russian |
Shift-based work: 15/15 from 9:00 till 21:0 |
